Fabrication of Smart Materials

                                          Nature-inspired synthesis of various materials has been one of the most inspiring subjects in the frontier of nanotechnology. Biomaterial-a nonviable material used in a medical device, which is intended to interact with the biological system’ or a ‘material intended to interface with biological systems to evaluate, treat, augment or replace any tissue, organ, or function of the body.  We will be using various biophysical and Nano biotechnological strategies to design building blocks using peptides and proteins towards designing novel biomaterials and biodiagnostic kits.
